There were just loads to choose from, and I found the toaster I wanted really quickly.

I was happy when the promo code actually worked at checkout. The final price felt fair, and it was such a relief to see a good deal come through.

I’ve been really happy with how easy this is to clean. After using it, I just give it a quick wipe and it still looks great. it’s such a small thing, but it makes me feel like I made a really good choice.

Ordered from Dualit and the whole thing was straightforward. The product works really well, heats up fast, and just does what it’s supposed to without any fuss. It’s easy to use too, with no ridiculous amount of settings to mess around with. Feels solid and reliable so far, so I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy again.

I bought a sandwich cage and warming rack for my older Dualit toaster and wasn’t sure they’d fit. I checked the model number on the site, but the info for older models wasn’t the clearest, so I was still a bit nervous ordering.

In the end, they did fit fine, which was a relief. The sandwich cage slides in properly and feels really sturdy, and the warming rack does what it should. Delivery was okay too, not especially fast, but not bad either.

The only thing that bothered me was that I felt a bit ignored when trying to work out compatibility, like the details were there but not really made easy for people with older toasters. Still, the accessories are good and I’m happy enough overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

It works fine overall, so no major complaints there. Maybe it’s just me, but I was hoping it would use a bit less power than it does. It’s okay, just not quite as energy-saving as I expected.

I’m disappointed. It seemed fine at first, but it broke after barely any use, which makes me feel like the quality just isn’t there. Once something fails that quickly, it’s hard to trust the brand or the product again.

It’s just... bigger than I pictured. I did check the measurements, but once it was actually on my counter, it felt a lot wider and deeper than I’d imagined. Now it’s kind of fighting for space with the kettle and chopping board.
It works okay, so no complaints on that side. But for a small kitchen, it’s not ideal. I do wish the size was shown more clearly in photos next to everyday items, because that would’ve helped a lot

Umm, I was really pleased I could still get a spare part for my dualit toaster instead of having to buy a whole new one. I found the part on the site quickly, and it arrived with no issues. It’s nice when a company actually makes it easy to fix something instead of replacing it. I’d definitely use them again

Got this from dualit.com and it’s a lot quieter than I was expecting. I thought it would be loud, especially first thing in the morning, but it’s actually quite calm. Delivery was all fine too, no issues there. Can’t really complain, it does the job and doesn’t wake everyone up, which is all I wanted tbh

I’ve had Dualit in my mind for years as one of those reliable, no-nonsense brands, so ordering from Dualit felt straightforward. The whole thing was easy and gave me the impression I was buying from a company that knows what it’s doing. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but in my view you’re paying for that bit of confidence and trust, which matters to me.

I was trying to order a few bits, but of course some of the colours I wanted were out of stock. The site itself was easy enough to use, and I did manage to get one item, so that was nice. Just a bit annoying having to keep checking back later for the rest, because apparently patience is part of the shopping experience now

Had to send back a toaster because I managed to order the wrong one, so yeah, that one’s on me for not checking properly. I was ready for it to turn into a whole annoying thing, but it was surprisingly straightforward.
I posted it back and the refund came through a few days later, no chasing people or getting stuck in endless emails. Customer service got back to me quickly too, so fair play, they handled my mistake really well.

My dualit toaster stopped heating, but they sorted it under warranty. I did have to chase them once and the postage side of it was a bit of a faff, which was annoying, but it came back repaired and working fine. Happy with it overall.

I’m the kind of person who usually looks for patterns in reviews and compares what you get for the price, and this one checked out for me. Nothing really stood out as a problem, and for the money, it feels like a good deal. No complaints so far.

I mean, it’s a really nice-looking kettle. Like, it just looks great sitting on the counter, and yeah, overall I’m happy with how it fits in the kitchen.

The box showed up a little beat up, but the item was fine. Packaging could be better
